The club’s roots began as Club Radar in Springville, Utah, originally a social organization for local businessmen offering food, drink, and community.
1959
Riverside Name Adopted
At the annual meeting, members formally chose the name Riverside Country Club, setting the stage for building a new golf-focused facility.
1960
Grand Opening
Riverside officially opened with 34 Equity Members and 16 Social Members. The clubhouse opened May 11 and the pool on July 15, marking the official launch of the new country club.
1962
Golf Course Completed
The 18-hole course designed by William F. Bell opened for play, transforming Riverside into a true country club and cementing its place in Utah golf history.
2012
Clubhouse Completed
After a member-approved rebuild (2008–2010), Riverside unveiled its new 42,000 sq ft clubhouse, 12,000 sq ft Pro Shop, and pool complex—redefining the club for a new era.
